Shipping

Every Forged Fig sculpture ships complimentary within the contiguous United States. Each piece is carefully packaged at our foundry and shipped with tracking and full-value insurance for your peace of mind.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Please allow 8–12 weeks from your scan or photo submission for fabrication, finishing, and delivery. We'll keep you informed throughout the process and provide tracking once your sculpture ships.

Domestic Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Shipping costs are quoted individually for these destinations. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order to begin your custom sculpture. This is standard for bespoke artwork — it allows us to dedicate the time, materials, and craftsmanship needed to create your piece. We accept all major credit cards.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every sculpture is custom-made to capture a specific moment in your life — your pregnancy, your beloved pet — each piece is one-of-a-kind and made just for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom sculptures.

Damaged in Transit

If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. We will work directly with you to resolve the issue, including replacement if necessary.

Production Concerns

If you have any concerns about the craftsmanship of your sculpture, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We stand behind our work and will make it right.
